Your mobile app status is placed on the top right of your app screen.
What are those app statuses means?
▨ You will need to change your app status from away' to available upon the start of the routing hour in order to receive the new incoming lead.
▨ You can set the app status to away if you're not ready to accept new incoming lead/busy/on-leave.
▨ Your app status will automatically change to away in case you have timeout the lead for 3 consecutive times.
▨ When you accept a new incoming lead, your app will automatically turn to available-engaged status.
▨ This also means that you are attending to an existing or new lead.
▨ Your app status will change to the away-engaged status when you're attending an existing lead on away status.
⚫ Off-routing hours
▨ This status signifies that it is off routing hours and there will be no new leads will be routed.
▨ This app status means that there is no stable WiFi / mobile data / telco network.
Cool down duration
▨ This app status means that there is a cool down time left for the next available lead to be routed to you. You will not receive any new leads during this cool down duration. You can check how long the cool down duration is by clicking the clock icon.
