Salesperson Action Report provides an insight of the salesperson's performance.
Routed: The lead is being sent to the salesperson phone
Accepted: The salesperson accepted the incoming lead successfully
Declined: The salesperson rejected the incoming lead
Timed out: The lead was routed to the salesperson but they did not accept the lead within 45 seconds
Error: The lead was sent to the salesperson but the respective salesperson phone did not receive the incoming lead due to various factors such as connection issue and etc
The number of lead attended by the salesperson who performs the action through SalesCandy App which includes incoming or outgoing call and SMSes, action tag or event tag performed or used to follow up with the new, existing, won or dropped lead.
For example, if the salesperson performed an action to Lead A which is an existing lead, it would count as 1 lead attended although numerous action has been taken including calling or sending SMSes the lead twice or used more than 1 action or event tags for the respective lead within the selected date range.
Calls: Total calls made by the salesperson to the lead
SMSes (excluding automated SMS): Total SMSes that was sent to the lead using SalesCandy app
Event Tags: Total event tags used by Salesperson
Action Tags: Total action tags used by Salesperson
Available Rate: Total minutes when salesperson app status is "Available" or "Available Engaged" status divided by total routing duration for the selected date range
Lead Acceptance Rate: Total accepted lead by a salesperson divided by total routed lead for the selected date range
Average First Response: The average time taken for a salesperson to do first respond to the accepted lead
Average Number of Calls per Lead: The average of total call salesperson made to a lead which can be calculated by the total call made by a salesperson divided by total leads attended by salesperson within the selected date range
Average Call Duration: The average call duration made by a salesperson to the lead which can be derived from total incoming and outgoing call duration between the salesperson and lead divided by total calls made within the selected date range
Average Number of SMSes per Lead: The average total of SMSes that a salesperson sent to a lead using SalesCandy app which can be computed by total SMS sent and received by salesperson divided by total attended leads within the selected date range
Other Lead Movement
Claimed: The total successfully transferred lead which accepted by a salesperson whom "Request for transfer" from another salesperson
Assigned (by self or others): Total "Created" and "Transferred" leads by manager or salesperson which has been assigned to a respective salesperson
Transferred Out (by self or others):
Total leads that were,
1) Transferred by the manager to another salesperson or back to the unassigned queue
2) Transferred by the salesperson who owns the lead to another salesperson
3) When an existing client resubmits a lead for the same project in which the existing lead is currently under "drop" status. The existing "drop" lead will be extracted from the current salesperson and the resubmitted lead will be re-routed back to the unassigned queue
1. This data includes information of the inactive and archived data including all the archived leads, Salesperson, Sales Team, Lead Source and Tags. However, the deleted data will not be shown in the reports.
2. All the data generated will only reflect exactly within the selected date range based on the lead submission date/month.
i. There were 1000 incoming leads from 1st - 31st January 2019 but salespersons have only accepted 900 leads and remaining 100 is still under unassigned. Also, there was 0 incoming lead from 1st February till 28th February 2019. When a project manager extract reports from 1st February till 28th February 2019, then all the data shown under Lead Routing will be 0 but there will be changes in numbers under Action, Statistics and Other Lead Movement, if applicable.
ii. If there is 1 lead submitted with 1 available salesperson at the point of time, the lead was let be routed for 5 times to the respective salesperson. The salesperson declined the lead for 3 times and let the incoming lead to expired for 1 time before accepting the lead. Once accepted, the salesperson contacted the lead twice, then the report will reflect as:-
iii. If a lead has been routed and accepted by a salesperson on 2019-02-28 and the salesperson has only called the lead on the next day, 2019-03-01, then under the Salesperson Action Report generated on 2019-03-01, the data that will be reflected as:-
