Please be informed that we have encountered an issue/error with Meta last Friday night and this continued during the weekend which we managed to recover the services today afternoon.
We would like to advise our clients to re-integrate your Facebook Business Manager account with SalesCandy to enable the leads to flow in as per usual.
Here's the guidance on how you perform the integration;
- Go to the Manager Portal under the Management, choose Integration.
- Click on Facebook and choose to Create new integration.
- Log in to your Facebook's account.
- Choose Change Setting > Choose Facebook page > Turn on all the options to allow integration.
- If all permissions are given to SalesCandy, a dialog box shows that the integration is successful.
To avoid any missing leads during this timeframe, you may download leads from Facebook and import leads to SalesCandy. Ensure to select the "ignore duplicate" checkbox to avoid the ignore the same leads submission.
