Each and every lead routed to a salesperson will have pre-defined parameters which needs to be considered.
1. Lead Submission
When a fresh lead submitted by a customer, the lead should be under;
- Active account
- Active project
- Active lead source
- The phone number field should not be left empty
- Background check for lead re-submissions under same phone number and project
- Valid URL and project mapping under CandyPixel
2. Pre-Routing
Prior to route a lead to an available salesperson, the below criteria should be taken into count
- Lead score > 0 under lead source
- Within routing hours
3. Lead Routing
When a lead is being routed, our background app system will
- Check for any last salesperson which attended the same lead's mobile number and that salesperson is
~ a part of project routing
~ currently active and available
~ the app has been properly installed and ready to receive on incoming lead notification notification - Check on project routing sequence mainly
~ routing interval sequence
~ active sales team
~ the lead will be routed to the salesperson:-
* by order on least successful routing count per day, then first toggled available salesperson for the day
* routing chance for the salesperson > 0%
* cool down duration for previous lead is completed
* the app has been properly installed and ready to receive on incoming lead notification
* currently available - Reconfirming on available salesperson
4. Re-route interval
When a salesperson did not perform an action on the incoming lead, the unattended lead re-routed interval will be counted based on the scenarios.
- Rejected or time-out
~ Within 45 seconds
~ the duration of the app to get ready to receive the incoming lead notification - Expired
~ Lead acceptance timeout (45 seconds)
+ 30 seconds of routing buffer
+ Queuing time within 30 seconds
~ The duration of the app to get ready to receive the incoming lead notification
~ Any app installed that have a features which will kill SalesCandy from running in the background
