SalesCandy app will be capturing the outgoing call duration only when the status of the call is
- Dialing and being answered
- Dialling but not answered
- Calling with dialing tone but attended by operator (Voicemail)
However, the duration will not be captured when the status of call is
- Calling but the call is not going through
- No dialling tone and diverted to an operator
- Lead’s phone has no signal, not in service or switched off
