Outbound Call Duration Sync for Leads

SalesCandy app will be capturing the outgoing call duration only when the status of the call is

• Dialing and being answered
• Dialling but not answered
• Calling with dialing tone but attended by operator (Voicemail)

However, the duration will not be captured when the status of call is

• Calling but the call is not going through
• No dialling tone and diverted to an operator
• Lead’s phone has no signal, not in service or switched off
