SalesCandy app relies on the stable internet connection and telco coverage for it to function properly. However, if the salesperson or manager has a poor internet connection and telco coverage, these may result as per below
- OTP request will be received after 10 seconds that may lead to expiring OTP number
- Delay for more than 1 minute for switching from Off-Routing Status to Away when salesperson/manager login after off routing hours
- Delay in routing leads
- Lead routed to salesperson will be expired (Error)
- Error occurs during lead acceptance
- Live data such as app status and action log information will not be synced with manager portal
- Affects salesperson’s available rate
