We would recommend our new user, existing user with new device, device which has been upgraded/update OS and user have any issue with SalesCandy App will need to ensure that the below phone settings have been made for the app to perform smoothly.
- All the permissions should be allowed during app installation
- Enable autostart
- Turn off battery optimisation
- Disable app cleaner
- Clear cache & data when required
- Enabling app to run in the background with available status during routing hours
- Add SalesCandy app in unmonitored apps
- Disable app power manager
- Disable data restriction for SalesCandy app
