Lead Status

You will be able to view your leads based on the lead status classification in the mobile app.

What are those 4 lead status means?

 Follow-up
Those leads which currently being followed up. The overdue follow-up leads will appear on the top of the lead list.

 Pending first action
Leads that have been accepted/created/assigned/transferred but the first action is yet to be taken on the lead.

 Won
Closed deals from prospect/lead.

 Dropped
Leads who is no longer interested/buying the product.
