User Roles in SalesCandy

There are three types of accesses in SalesCandy which are:

1. Super Manager Access 

• Super Manager has access to all the features in SalesCandy manager portal
• Only Super Manager can access and edit information in Account Settings as in setting the routing hours, creating the lead sources, customize smart alerts and etc
  
  

2. Project Manager Access

• Project Managers have accesses to dashboard, reports and management in manager portal.
• Project Manager accesses are limited to their own designated and assigned projects only. 
• They would only have read-only access to Account Settings
• Project Manager would be able to create a salesperson access, add a new project and upload offline leads

3. Salesperson Access ( Mobile app) 

• Salesperson can only access to the Mobile Application
