Please be advised that on the 7th of December 2018 morning, we have encountered an issue where our server was not able to connect with Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging) system.
We found out this issue occurs after we received a feedback from our client in which the leads were not routing to their salesperson upon them being available.
We have immediately reported this issue to our Technical Department and they checked the server logs. They noticed that there were errors in our server which was caused by a 3rd party service owned by Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging). Within 5 minutes, the server has resumed its service and the leads were routing to the salesperson as per normal.
Please be informed that Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging) did not notify us on the server downtime and this issue has persisted only for that morning. There was no lead missing during that downtime. Our Technical Team is currently monitoring and keeping track of the server logs to ensure that this issue will not persist again.
