Lead source performance report provides the performance insight of leads in a project.
Both the project manager and super manager can use this report to measure lead performance for the selected project based on the lead submission date to track and monitor the effectiveness of their lead sources. This report shows most updated stats for the leads generated within the chosen date range. Hence the numbers change over time.

The report can be generated based on the below customisation;

II. Breakdown elements
Lead action and status
Similar to view by lead status but broken down into individual action statuses set by the super manager.
Meetup
The number of meetup tags used by the salesperson meets the lead face to face, in an event, sales gallery or exhibition.
➤ Based on the breakdown by selection:-
Salesperson
The breakdown of the current lead performance of those accepted leads within a selected date range by each salesperson.
Lead source
The breakdown of lead performance accumulated within the selected date range based on each lead source.
Original Source
Insights on lead performance within the selected date range based on the origin of the lead source.
III. Lead Source Performance report elements
Created
Assignment status
→ Assigned: Total leads that have been assigned to the salesperson either automatically or manually
→ Not assigned:

- In routing: Total leads in the queue waiting to be routed to an available salesperson.
- Not in routing: Leads that the routing has been disabled or paused.

Pending first action on routed leads
All accepted routed-leads in which the salesperson has yet to perform any action to the lead.
➤ Based on the view selection:-
Lead status
→ New: Total new lead in the queue which is yet to be accepted by any salesperson.
→ Follow-up: Total follow-up lead that has been accepted or assigned to any salesperson which has been followed up by the salesperson.
→ Won: Total leads won by the salesperson.
→ Drop: Total lead dropped by the salesperson.
Archived
Total archived lead within the chosen date range. This lead can be archived by project manager or super manager in the manager portal. The archived leads belonged to each salesperson if the manager chose the breakdown by salesperson.
Deleted
Total deleted leads by the project manager or super manager via manager portal within the selected date range. The deleted leads belonged to each salesperson if the manager chose breakdown by the salesperson.
Note
There are differences between the lead creation time from the respective client's lead source and the time our system pull the leads. Here's the information for your reference;
➨ CandyPixel: Instantly pull leads to our system once the lead is created from the client's website/microsite/landing page. The lead submission date and time will be based on the lead received date and time in our system.
➨ Email Parser: Depending on the forwarding email notification system from the client's end, it can be instantly pulled to our system once it has been created from the client's lead source and successfully sent to our email parser. The lead submission date and time will be based on the lead received date and time in our system.
➨ Lead source API: Instantly pull leads to our system once the lead is created from the client's lead source. The lead submission date and time in our system will be based on the lead creation date and time.
➨ Facebook lead ads: Instantly pull leads to our system once the lead is created from the client's Facebook lead ad. The lead submission date and time in our system will be based on the lead creation date and time from their ads.
Report Example:
There are 10 leads submitted for Project Test 1 on 2020-02-01 and all the leads were accepted by salespersons which currently under follow-up status. On 2020-02-02, there were 7 leads updated as won leads, 2 leads under follow-up status and remaining 1 lead under dropped status.
➤ A report was generated on 2020-02-01 with 2020-02-01 as selected date range, you'd see these numbers:
➛ Created: 10 leads
➛ Assigned: 10 leads
➛ In routing: 10 leads
➤ On 2020-02-02 report was generated with 2020-02-01 as selected date range and by lead status view, you'd see the updated numbers:
➛ Won: 7 leads
➛ Follow-up: 2 leads
➛ Dropped: 1 lead
If on the same day, 1 out of the 2 follow-up leads is deleted, the report will also be updated to;
➛ Won: 7 leads
➛ Follow-up: 1 lead
➛ Dropped: 1 lead
➛ Deleted: 1 lead
