Please be advised that we have released a new rollout, v2.2 on the 21st May 2019 evening. Kindly refer to the below list of bugs and enhancement, which have been made in this rollout.
Fixed
1. Fixed the inaccurate data in the Salesperson Action Report for all the columns reflected using a unified logging feature that allows proper calculations to be performed on the data.
2. Fixed the call log duration where it was saved incorrectly without the hour segment. Now, it is saved based on the hour segment.
Enhancement
1. Enhancement made in the CRM API integration to support Salesperson email address as additional fields.
Known Issue
As a part of being transparent to our existing clients, users and prospective clients, we chose to disclose known issues that we have yet to replicate or fix. We do this publicly such that it is in our best interest to get these issues fixed. We are in the midst of revamping our Manager Portal, in which most of the Manager Portal issues will be fixed in our v3.0 rollout.
1. Project Lead Performance Report that is generated for one project reflects as 0 digits for all the columns which currently not displaying the accurate data. Our Development Team will be fixing this issue in our v3.0 rollout and we will update the progress by 28th June 2019.
2. The Manager is unable to transfer the lead from one sales team to another team through the Manager Portal. Our Development Team will be fixing this issue in our v3.0 rollout and we will update the progress by 28th June 2019.
3. The archived or deleted project name is reflected under project managing column on the Salesperson management table. Our Development Team will be fixing this issue in our v3.0rollout and we will update the progress by 28th June 2019.
4. The additional fields are not captured in our system when a Manager creates a lead via the Manager Portal. Our Development Team will be fixing this issue in our v3.0 rollout and we will update the progress by 28th June 2019.
5. The route status does not capture and reflects accurately when the Manager clicks on the Status of a lead under Unassigned Lead column in Manager Portal. Our Development Team will be fixing this issue in our v3.0 rollout and we will update the progress by 28th June 2019.
