We would like to sincerely apologise that on the 18th of July 2019 afternoon, we have encountered an issue where our lead source, CandyPixel was offline at 02:00 pm for about an hour due to a crash.
An extremely large user input data upload caused one of the processes on the server to malfunction and this resulted in our server using up all available disk space and crashed.
Kindly be informed that CandyPixel has failed to capture incoming leads from website/landing page/microsite during this impacted duration. However, all the website/landing page/microsite which has Email Parser as a backup are not affected by this incident but we would not be able to track the original source as CandyPixel.
Please be assured that our Technical Team has rectified this issue by strengthening the Email Parser and CandyPixel for spam protection.
We understand that some of our clients did not set Email Parser as a backup to pull the leads, hence we will contact those respective clients to gather the lead information for us to do the Lead Import.
