Please be advised that we have released a new rollout, v2.2.3 for Mobile App (Android) yesterday, 14th August 2019 evening.
Kindly refer to the below list of bugs and a new feature that have been fixed in this rollout.
Fixed
1. Fixed the call log not captured issue under action log for both the incoming and outgoing call which causes the lead action status not prompted, now all incoming and outgoing call will be captured accordingly.
2. Fixed the empty lead details screen reflected when a salesperson chooses to append the SMS chat and now the lead details will appear.
3. Fixed the battery optimization setting where, when a salesperson click on the Battery Optimisation setting, the app does not direct to the mobile phone battery optimisation setting for certain phone models, and now it will be directed to the mobile phone's battery optimisation setting.
New Feature
1. Added 'No Lead Actions Defined' alert message for the lead that salesperson accepted and takes an action, but unable to update the lead status as the Lead and Action Status Settings was not set up in the Manager Portal.
Known Issue
The salesperson can go back to the Lead Screen when they have updated the action status and follow-up date for the lead that they have attended. However, some salesperson facing an issue where they need to update the lead's action status and follow-up date for few times in order to go back to the Lead Screen. Please be informed that our Development Team has added some additional codings in this current release to prevent the issue from re-occurring and they will be monitoring the logs to see if it fixes the issue.
