Please be informed that on 4th September 2019 between 11:00 am until 01.20 pm, there was an issue where all the lead's follow-up update and the salesperson information on their accepted leads are not updated on the salesperson's Mobile App.
The issue was caused by a database synchronisation issue which made all the updated action from the Mobile App appear not to be updated, although the data was actually updated on the server.
We have now fixed the issue and now all of the action made are synchronised properly and the system will behave normally.
Please be assured there was no loss of data in this incident, and you should see all your updates made during that time reflecting in your lead logs and any leads accepted will be under your assigned leads in Mobile App and Manager Portal.
