Once you have created the salesperson accesses, you will need to add the respective salesperson to a sales team in order to receive the leads.
Add to Sales Team
▧ Go to the 'Sales Team' section under 'Management'.
▧ Choose the sales team that you want to assign the salesperson.
▧ Click to select the sales team and click the edit button.
▧ Fill in the salesperson name and set the routing chance percentage for the salesperson.
▧ Click save once done
You can add or remove new salesperson in the sales team;
▧ Select on the sales team you want to add the salesperson.
▧ Click on the edit icon.
▧ Add or remove the salesperson then click save.
▧ Ensure you set the routing chance for the salesperson if you choose to add the salesperson.
Delete, activate and deactivate
▧ You will need to select the respective sales team that you would like to delete, activate or deactivate.
▧ Then, click on bulk action and select the preferred action.
▧ You can't undo once you have deleted a sales team.
