5.2 Updating Lead Status with Call, SMS and Tag Functions
- Once call/SMS/Tag function made to the lead, the action status will pop out.
- Click on the respective action status to update the lead.
5.2.2 Select Action Status
188.8.131.52 Yellow action status
- Any pending response from a lead or would need to follow up again with the lead, the salesperson can update the lead by choosing the yellow button based on the pending template created by the Managers through the portal.
184.108.40.206 Green action status
- The green action status represents if any payment received from the lead or confirmation of the closing a deal from a lead, the salesperson can update using the green button template created by the Managers through the portal.
220.127.116.11.1 Won details
- The salesperson is required to fill in the details of the won details column in order to update the lead details status to won.
18.104.22.168 Red action status
- Any lead that is not a valid lead or not interested lead after 7 days follow up, the salesperson can update the lead by selecting the red action status button template created by the Managers through the portal.
- Input any optional note.
5.2.4 Set follow-up date.
- The lead information will appear on the lead page of your app under follow up bar.
