Our SalesCandy app is self-hosted in our private server. 

How to download SalesCandy app?

You will need to follow the below steps to download our app:

1. Go to https://www.salescandy.com/download

2. Click on the 'Direct Download' option.

3. A prompt will pop-up for you to allow the unknown source to be downloaded, click 'Download'.

4. Once the file has been downloaded, there'll be a prompt to install the app. Click on 'Install'.

5. SalesCandy app will be installed. Click 'Open' to login to the app.

 

How to login to SalesCandy app?

• Once the app has been installed, click to open the app and approve the below four permissions to ensure that the app functions smoothly. 
  ✔ Allow app to make and manage phone calls
  ✔ Allow app to access photos, media and files on your devices
  ✔ Allow app to send and view messages
  ✔ Allow app to access phone call logs

• Click on 'Continue' to proceed with login.

• Key in your registered phone number with SalesCandy to receive the one-time pin (OTP) and click 'Next'.

• You will receive the one-time pin (OTP) in your message, enter the one-time pin (OTP) in the app and click 'Next'.
• You'll be successfully logged into the app.
