Knowing lead information

◉ Once a lead is accepted, the incoming lead information will be displayed on the app.
◉ Your app status will be under available-engaged and no new leads will be routed to you until you've acted upon the received lead and updated the accepted lead as your app status will turn available automatically after complete updating the new lead.
◉ The lead's information as in name, phone number and email address will be displayed on this screen.
◉ The time counter will start the moment you accepted a new lead.
◉ This will keep you to track how long does it takes for you to make the first touch base with the lead.
◉ Ensure that first action time is below 5 minutes to show that you are committed to the lead.
In details screen, you will be able to view information such as;
◎ Lead status: the current status of the lead.
◎ Next follow-up: the next follow-up date with the lead set by yourself after a conversation with a lead.
◎ Project: the project that the lead enquired and interested.
◎ Lead source: the exact source that the lead enquired, i.e Facebook Lead Ads, Landing Page, Offline - Event and etc.
◎ Meetup: if face to face meeting happens with the lead either in the sales gallery, event or roadshow, you will need to use this tag.
◎ Salesperson: the lead owner's name will be displayed on this screen.
◉ You'll be able to view the chronology of communication and action taken for the lead with the timestamp in the action log.
◉ You'll be able to view additional details captured in the enquiry form.
◉ If the lead exists in another project, it will be shown on the 'other project' tab.
