Won Screen is used to update the details of won lead once the salesperson has closed the sales and update the lead action status as won in the mobile app.
The configuration of details to be collected from lead has to be done by the super manager in manager portal.
How to add won details?
1. Go to Manager Portal, click on Settings and select Won screen section.
2. Choose the Add won details icon.
3. Fill in Field title and Field type, ensure to select the validation field and click add.
How to edit won details?
In case you would like to change the won details, you can proceed to edit the won screen.
1. Click on the edit icon under Action column.
2. Edit the respective Field title, Field type and Validation, then, click Add.
How to delete won Screen?
If you would like to delete the won detail, you need to;
1. Click 'x' on the Action column and proceed to delete.
