- The total number of calls made by the salesperson to the leads.
- The total SMS as the action was taken by the salesperson to the leads.
- The total meetup action was taken by the salesperson to follow up with a lead.
-The duration of the last action taken by the salesperson for the lead.
4.2.1 Time Taken to Respond
- Once the salesperson has accepted a new incoming lead, they would require to make an action to the lead and there is a counter time running for them to update the lead. The best response time is within 5 minutes.
4.2.1 Lead Status
- The leads that need to do a follow up by the salesperson based on the follow-up date assigned.
- Leads that have successfully bought your product or booking payment received.
- Leads that are not genuine or salesperson are not contacting anymore.
4.2.3 Next Follow-up
It shows the dates that the salesperson needs to follow up again with the respective leads.
4.2.4 Project Name
The lead was submitted from which project name.
4.2.5 Lead Source
The lead was enquiries from which lead source as an example Facebook or Landing Page.
The meetup status will be updated here when the salesperson updates the lead from the meetup tags.
