The salesperson can update the lead from the action button once they have received a new lead or existing leads.
- The salesperson can make a call from this action button to a valid phone number and then update the lead after the end of the call.
- The salesperson can send the SMS to the prospect and update the lead after they have made the conversation through the SMS chat.
- The salesperson can use the meetup action button if the salesperson would like to meetup the prospect at their gallery or any other specific place. (This will created by the Managers in our Manager Portal)
- Any action made by the salesperson other than call or SMS outside the app, they can use other action buttons to update the lead.
