Available rate is calculated based on the total minutes when salesperson app status is "Available" or "Available Engaged" status divided by total routing duration for the selected date range.
Salesperson performance is can be measured by the availability rate. A salesperson who has a high availability rate shows that they are utilising the app to get hot leads that are routed to their app thus the probability to close a lead is higher. The chances of closing rate are also impacted when the salesperson does not turn available to receive the leads. Thus, you can conclude that the respective salesperson is not utilising the app.
Salesperson A always login SalesCandy mobile app when routing hours starts and turn the app to Available status. Leads that have been queuing up from off routing hours will be routed to Salesperson A. Salesperson A attended the lead, takes the first action within 5 minutes time and sets the follow-up date and time. Then, the salesperson A will automatically turn to Available and will receive the next new leads. The whole day salesperson A keeps the same momentum which is attending leads in 5 minutes and following up the scheduled lead. Salesperson A is advised to switch the app status to 'away' during their lunch hour, attending to a lead in a roadshow or sales gallery, while driving and etc.
From this, we would know that the Availability rate will not be exactly 100%, however, it will be high around 80-90%. This mean salesperson A is very discipline and accepting all the hot leads routed to them.
Where can the manager check Availability Rate?
Managers can login to the manager portal and click the 'Report' menu, click 'Salesperson Action'.
Choose the desired Date range, Project, and Breakdown and click apply to generate the report.
You can view the availability rate of each salesperson under Statistic field as shown below:

How to improve Availability Rate?
Salesperson is advised to login to SalesCandy mobile app immediately when routing hours starts and turn their app status to from 'away' to 'available'.
Always ensure incoming leads are accepted or decline, as if it is timeout in 45 seconds without any action (acceptance or decline) for 3 times in a row, the app will automatically turn to app status 'away'. Salesperson needs to avoid this case and if it happens, you can detect this change of status via the notification bar and the salesperson is advised to change to 'available' status immediately when you are no longer busy.
