Leaderboard is an indicator of your performance which shows your rank among your colleagues for the past 7 days. The rank is updated based on daily accumulated points for the week. On the Leaderboard you can see live ranking of who moved up, down, or stayed in their position. It will also allow you to see profile photos on the leaderboard.
1. Click on the menu and you will see Leaderboard (BETA) icon.
2. On Leaderboard (BETA) you will be able to see your name and your colleague's names with an arrow on it.
⇧ Green arrow
Indicates that you're performing well with an increasing number of activities by attending leads and following up your leads accordingly compared to your colleagues. The leaderboard will show the top 5 performers for the week.
⇩ Red arrow
This indicates that your performance is lower compared to the rest of your sales team and you will be in a lower rank. The leaderboard will show the lowest 3 ranks on the app.
1. If your name did not appear on the top 5, it will show who's 1 ranking higher and 1 ranking lower from you. Your current rank will be shown in the app.
2. If there is a tie in points, the user with latest action ranks higher - number 2 users are at the same ranking.
The number next to your name is the total actions you take on your leads during the week. The number is updated in real-time when you take action on your leads.
We would suggest you to attend new leads and follow up with your existing leads consistently to ensure that you compete with your colleagues and be the top performer with a higher number of activity points among your colleagues.
