Each time a salesperson manage to close a deal with a lead, they will need to key in the win details in a win form.
Managers need to setup the win form first in SalesCandy Manager Portal before the account is live and salesperson is allowed to use the app.
Please find the step on how to setup the win form below:
1. Go to SalesCandy Manager Portal and go to Setting menu. On the setting menu click 'Win Form'.
If you cannot see 'Win Form' under setting option, it is because your level of access are not 'Super Manager' only 'Super Manager' can make these setup.
2. On the Win Form setup you can see the option' Add win detail' and you can only add win details field up to 10 fields only.
3. Click Add win detail to create your first win field, you will see a pop up for the field setup.
4. On the pop up , you will need to type in the field title, example : 'Booking Number'
5. Then you will need to choose the field type. We have 7 field type available :
Field Type
- Singleline
*Use this of your win field is an open ended details that is expected to be in a short word or sentence. Ex : 800msq
- Multiline
*Use this of your win field is an open ended details that is expected to be in a multiple word or long sentence.
Ex :
- Two bedroom for unit 1
- One bedroom for unit 2
- Number
*Choose number format if the details will be only in number format (number includes symbols +,- and e) Ex : 25700
- Decimal
* Choose decimals if the details will be in a decimal format. Ex : 12.5
- Checkbox
* Choose check box if you have a certain list that can be multiple option.
Ex : Field title - Fruits
option 1 : Watermelon
option 2 : Banana
Salesperson can choose both watermelon and banana
- Dropdown
*Choose dropdown of you have a certain list that only 1 option can be chosen
Ex : Field title - Color
Option 1 : Red
Option 2 : Black
Salesperson can only choose one.
- Nested Form
*Choose Nested form if the details will need a separate list of details and need to be duplicated.Each Nested Form can create up to 10 fields. When salesperson is using this nested form , they can duplicate the form up to 10 forms.
Ex : Field Title - Policy Buyer
Field 1 : Policy Number
Field 2 : Phone number of the person policy covering
Field 3 : Name of the person policy covering
How to setup nested form
- Key in the title and choose Nested Form field type
- Click add fields to create your nested form fields( max 10 fields), you can also choose the field type for each fields in your nested form
- Click 'Add' once you have finish creating the fields for the nested form
Validation
Each Win field type will have a validation option, you can use all validation or no validation, its up to your requirement for the win form.
*Minimum Limit : You can put a minimum character number needed for the field
*Maximum Limit : You can put a maximum character number needed for the field
*Allow Invalid : This allows your salesperson to key in wrong format and save the win details
*Required : This makes the field compulsory for your salesperson to fill in
6. Click add each time you have finish setting up once win field
7. Once you have finish creating the win details, you can edit the field title and the validation. However you cannot change the field type.
How the Win form appear on salesperson mobile app
1. When a salesperson contacted a lead and manage to convert the sales to a win lead , they will need to choose the Green lead action status to change the lead status to win
2. Once they chosen the green lead action status a pop up will appear if they want to key in an optional note, of proceed to the win form by clicking the Win green button.
3. Salesperson will then see the win form that the super manager have set up, and all the win fields that they need to fill in.

*Salesperson can choose more than 1 options.

Salesperson can click on the purple document icon on the lead details to edit the win form
Salesperson can also check the win form without editing feature on the action log by clicking the purple document icon on the action log
