Please be informed that SalesCandy will be performing a large-scale data migration activity on Leads and Lead logs data affecting all tenants.
The migration will start today, 25th August 2021 until 28th August 2021 from 12 AM to 8 AM MYT and it will be done for one account at a time. Your account will be only impacted once within these 3 days.
This activity will not cause any downtime or data loss, as in general, we will only be duplicating data from the existing primary database to the new data lake database. However, it will cause a noticeable performance slowdown i.e. slow updates for leads and lead logs data.
The lead routing will be turned off during the migration. The data reflected in the Dashboard and Reports might be inaccurate or unavailable within this period. The migration duration varies depending on the size of your account data in the Manager Portal.
Rest assured that your data will be back to normal and routing will resume once the data migration is fully complete, but we advise clients to avoid using the Manager Portal and Mobile Application during the data migration.
Do take note that the services will be impacted only during the mentioned migration timeframe and there is no action needed from your end :)
