End of Support Notice for Mobile App v3.6.0 and below

Effective from 4th March 2022, we will not support and troubleshoot any issues encountered in Mobile App v3.6.0 and below.

What action do you need to take?

We would advise all our users to ensure that they have downloaded and use mobile app v3.6.1 and above.

What is our minimum requirement for Mobile App?

• Using Android 8.1 & above;
• 2GB RAM;
• Minimum 16GB Storage Space, 1GB available;
• 4.5-inch screen size; and
• Google Play Store installed (for Firebase Cloud Messaging)
