We would like to inform you of an important update regarding the SalesCandy v3.0 app.
As of March 24, 2025, Google Play Protect has begun flagging our app as potentially harmful due to certain permissions required for features such as SMS integration and Call Log tracking. These permissions are necessary to ensure the app functions as intended.
At this time, when installing essential business apps such as SalesCandy v3.0, you may encounter warnings or installation blocks from Google Play Protect. This is due to the permissions required for features like Call Tracking and SMS, which Google currently flags as sensitive.
Please be assured that this is a standard security measure and does not imply any risk when using verified and trusted apps & sources.
To help you get SalesCandy up and running smoothly, we’ve prepared a simple, step-by-step guide while we continue working on an updated version of the app.
Step 1: Turn Off Play Protect
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.
- Select Play Protect.
- Tap the settings gear icon in the top right.
- Turn off Scan apps with Play Protect and Improve harmful app detection by toggling both switches off.
This will prevent Play Protect from flagging apps you trust, like SalesCandy.
Step 2: Allow Apps from Unknown Sources
- Go to your device’s Settings.
- Tap Apps & notifications (or just Apps).
- Find Special app access > Install unknown apps.
- Select the app (like Chrome or your file manager) you’ll use to open the SalesCandy APK.
- Enable 'Allow from this source'.
Step 3: Install SalesCandy v3.0
1. Click Copy on the V3.9.0 download link - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1kkdY7SFAcuyNtKUBDpM9p0FVuGNF3g-x/view and paste it into your browser (e.g., Mozilla, Safari and native internet explorer in users phone).
2. Click "Download" or "Download Anyway" when prompted.
3. The app will begin downloading. During this process, you may see a message stating that your phone doesn't allow installations from unknown sources.
4. Click Settings and enable the option to Allow installation from unknown sources as mentioned in Step 2.
5. Your phone may display a warning about installing from unknown sources. Click OK to proceed.
6. After installation, you can confirm that SalesCandy has passed security checks and is recognized as a trusted application.
7. If you see messages such as “Unsafe app blocked” or “Aplikasi berbahaya diblokir,” these are standard notifications from Google Play Protect indicating that the app is either not from the Play Store or was built for an older version of Android. If you have already disabled Play Protect and trust the source, you may proceed safely. Simply click on ‘View More Details’ and continue with the installation.
You’re ready to use SalesCandy v3.0 without any hassle. These messages are common for many business and productivity apps distributed outside the Play Store, and following these steps ensures a smooth installation experience.
