In tandem with the release of SalesCandy Lite (v3.10.7) and our comeback to Google Playstore after almost four years, we're excited to announce upcoming enhancements to your SalesCandy Manager Portal reporting, designed to provide more focused and actionable insights into your team's sales activities.
To align with privacy standards, we are updating how call and SMS activities are reported. For SalesCandy Lite managers, while we will no longer display call duration, you will gain richer insights into the initiation and outcomes of these critical touchpoints.
New and enhanced metrics (not limited to below) in your dashboard will include:
- In order to track the precise volume of outbound calls and SMS messages your team dispatches, we are introducing
- Total Calls Initiated
- Total SMS Initiated
- (Current) Average Calls per lead
- (Current) Average SMS per lead
- To further understand your team's overall reach to distinct leads:
- Unique contacts reached
These updates ensure we continue to provide powerful reporting that respects privacy while empowering you to optimize your sales strategies. The changes will be done in stages, starting from the month of July.
